Tee work should be kept at a minimum either way.So minimum that you won't care which tee your child is hitting off of. It's about front toss and live arm. Sequence and hand path. IMO.

Get out there and throw it Dad! Not directed at you RH. Just any Dad that wants improvement .

One of the issues I can't get past with this demonstration - and many of those posted by TM - is the action of the rear leg and how the rear foot is moving as a result. It doesn't match with what I see happening at the rear foot of Trout, Pujols, Cabrera, Correa, Turner, Donaldson, etc., etc. There are some videos of Bonds spinning on a weighted foot like that, but others he doesn't.

At least 5. I'm Rocky Balboa. Now please address the torso not moving forward and the heel just spinning please.

Ps. Only thing you've proven is how blurry and thick those rose covered glasses are. :)
