If you were actually paying attention - instead of just chiming in to slam RDB - you might recognize that he has been following Rich for a very long time, and subscribes to a lot of what Rich teaches. Nothing wrong with that. For some people, Rich's approach makes sense. To others, not as much.

Now you may better appreciate why I don't use the terms "Shift AND Swing" or "Shift THEN Swing", but instead use the term "Pivot the Swing".

Yeah, I know the ELVIS. I don't focus on the knee doing any thing.
'Pushing back' or loosing balance on rear leg.
I'm just posting different gif from different GURUS.
The girl you posted has a nice coil, the hips get out in front of the back knee/leg. This hitter isn't showing the same coil.
