Now is he using "two legs" in both? Of course, but hopefully you're able to see why in one his weight in greater on his one/rear leg, compared to how it's shifted over both/two legs in the other. That's basically the difference in thoughts/terminology of a "two-legged" hitter on the left, and a "one-legged" hitter on the right. At least how I look at the terms when presented to me anyway.
2 Legged hitting. With the weight shifting to the front side. May be a bigger player can get away with this style of hitting. Not my style. JMHO.
Im guessing thats not his normal swing and he is fooled by that pitch.I believe this girl shifts but not across the pelvis which allows both legs to be reactive at go time.
While this guy appears to transfer across the pelvis and then swings.

This hitter shifts weight from rear leg to front leg. Pause...even shows when the 'shift' of weight starts.I believe this girl shifts but not across the pelvis which allows both legs to be reactive at go time.

If this swing is your model then have at it.....just not one I would use. Again JMHO.
