Pivot points and stretch

Not here.
All hitting is....is creating two pivot points and learning how to stretch them against each other....to create a sudden snap at launch.
Hands and rear leg.....I thought that's what some of us have been discussing for a long time now.

Your 'elite' hitter has/had an elbow pivot point:

Are you talking about spirals that run from the toes to the head? The spirals are released by letting the knee flex inward in-which releases the hips?

I'd say to the hands.....

I'd say a little higher...the inner rear thigh. The 'flexed' knee is the effect. Not the cause....
