What are the differences between Tewksbury and Baseball Rebellion? Have a chance to work with a group that has one guy that teaches Tewksbury stuff and one that teaches Rebellion stuff. I'm not real familiar with either one.

You can get Tewks ebook cheap and can watch BR video that gets pretty detailed about his program - to get familiar/make decision

Looked at both. I haven't found much on Tewks lower body. May subscribe to his Hitting Daily site. I like Tewks stuff so far. The facility is more along the lines of BR.

Right Here For Now
Maybe I'm a little biased but I have yet to see a more definitive explanation of how to put every little drill I have my hitters doing to single out various aspects of the swing than Bob Tewsbary. I love Matt Lisle and his drills and I like Tewks for his ability to put them all together in a coherent pattern. The only caveat I have is Tewks sucks at communication for the most part. If you email a question on a point that his e-book covers and you cant quite grasp the explanation of the principle, you'd best hope for a sip from the "Holy Grail" while waiting for an answer if he thinks he covered it well enough or if he feels like the question is stupid. Or maybe it was just my experience with thim...I don't know.
