In realty you cant move your body without coiling something. I mean when you walk you coil.

Agreed. But there weren't 10 instructors arguing how to teach you how to walk. It is natural. Hitting is hardly that at the higher levels or my pinayta swing woulda scored me an MLB contract.

¿Piñata swing?

Is there a particular swing that is used for hitting piñatas? I think a high level swing could be used for softball, baseball and piñata. Thank you for explaining.

That piñata swing would be that "Natural " swing that as kids we all have . Meaning swinging at the higher levels of bb/fp is hardly natural like walking ,pooping or barfing.Where we don't need instruction for said task. Meaning my natural piñata swing as a kid couldn't hit higher level pitching. Understand ? I mean I can elaborate more if it doesn't make sense. Or you can go with Gibraltars description of it's just natural. I guess I'm just not that talented to be natural at it I guess. Go ahead Roy Hobbs explain coil to us with your walking example and how it pertains to getting to the ball on time and in balance . Or better yet show us. Thanks in advance...
