Introducing "industrial strength" for those of us in the frozen tundra. I made a couple of these because the PVC ones were getting used quite a bit at my facility and the caps were popping off...had one girl pivot so hard, she snapped the PVC at the end...this one ain't snapping
2 - 3/4" 8" long threaded pipe
1 - 3/4" end cap
1 - 3/4" coupler
Cost at home depot (not counting 2.5 lb weight) was $17.
