I don't call it that, but I guess you could. As far as her front foot hitting - it is not bearing any weight before she launches. Rear leg is turning into foot foot plant and barrel is moving.

Easier to learn to turn the barrel from the neck slot. Get totally stretched and try to be as sudden as possible
