Hardest thing to change is going from
- a hammering top hand where the hands and upper torso are connected
- [and instead have] a swiveling rear hand which is connected to the rear leg.
1. I kept reading this sentence multiple ways - I think the line breaks / re-wording is how I'm supposed to be reading this?
2. If the hands are not supposed to be connected to the upper torso, is the goal to still keep the hands by the rear shoulder during the "swivel"?
