Hahahaha!! Why did I ask!!lol jk

Where do we start??

You got this.

Start with understanding 'coil'. Understand that the coil is a twist. You coil by moving your rear elbow back behind you while your front foot or knee opens slightly. Feel the coil? Get to heel plant with your lower half and hold hold hold hold fight to hold your upper half position. Can you feel more tension? That is coil. Release that coil into the bat towards centerfield.

I think DD directs her hands first towards the ball then swings. Almost looks like she was taught 'knob to the ball'.

I see this too. I might describe it as slot, then swing. Rather than both happening at the same time.
Hitters hands seek the plane of the pitch. So does this young lady. In cases where she misses low, her hands aren't just on the plane but at the same level instead of above. The barrel is released below the hands as it should but it ends up below the ball.
There is some variance in each of the videos.
tocullo, FFS mentioned sequence. You'd like some consistency where she maintains some separation of the upper arm until heel plant and then go with the upper arm/elbow working down while the hands are applying pressure to the handle to accelerate the barrel earlier.
There isn't a drill that will be a magic pill (and it's not like she's seriously messed up!) but you might start with some walk up drills with the right sequence of launch at heel plant. You can try getting her to begin turning the barrel at the same time by getting a feel for applying pressure with both hands in the opposite direction at the handle to get the mass of the barrel moving at launch. You might find some way to help reinforce the hands being above the ball and the barrel going down to the ball by using a barrier between her and a tee like another tee, that is slightly higher than (and placed right next to) the one with the ball. Just high enough so she has to have the hands above the ball and release the barrel below the hands.
You'll probably find that a moving ball will revert her swing as it was. If you work on slowing it down and focusing on the steps with some front toss you might have some success. Remove the expectations of a hard hit ball. Move along as quickly as the body can create the movements the way you expect.

Instead of leveling out the knob and using the shoulders to swing - learn to turn the knob of the bat as suddenly as you can to hit. Wait, wait, wait and then turn! Split the grip if need be to feel the turning.

It is a slot and shift, or shift and slot depending on how look at it. What is missing is rotating into foot plant. It's a slot and shift pattern compared to sitting into rotation starting the sequence. The barrel is dropping behind the body as she slots and shifts.

Thank you all! Any links with drills to start with?

Post#3 is a good place to start with. You see what each hitter does leading to heel plant? I would do dry runs of those. Then off a tee, possibly walking up because I like getting a rhythm and adding something so my DD can do and feel and not have to over think. Then do with a moving ball, front toss preferable. I'm working this with my DD a little at a time. We even just do the dry steps without swinging while I throw a wiffle ball towards her just to reproduce the pattern with a moving ball without having to hit. Then the same with a check swing, moving towards a swing. Whatever pace she can be comfortable doing correctly. I'm onto my third DD playing after her older sisters are done and I can say again there is no one magic drill that will instantly fix. It has to be approached with some patience and understanding that for most kids, the process is longer and gradual.

As for getting the hands involved, turning the barrel, there are multiple posts with a ton of links, videos, gifs and descriptions if you use the site google search. You might come across some debate. Some other users don't teach it, don't believe in it etc., but I think it does occur. A small couple has to be applied with the hands in equal and opposite directions so the barrel doesn't get left behind.

Work on the coil around the back hip. And maintaining the coil as the hip begin to turn. Rotate or sit into footplant, don't slot and shift (losing the coil like she doing now, shifting).

I'll be back

the coil is around the rear leg. The rear glutes coil around the rear leg. The hip gets coiled.
