The first thing I noticed is how far she appears to be hunched over or leaning over the plate, while it is poor mechanics in general it is going to really make it hard to hit an inside pitch.

Yes bending the upper back over the plate isn't going to help hitting the inside pitch.

All back all forward. I wouldn't worry about any one certain pitch before I worked on the proper sequence. JMHO.

I can see what you are talking about. She is hunched over and leaning over the plate. I also get what your saying about the lean making it harder to hit an inside pitch. Makes sense.

In regard to the lack of separation issue. Funny thing, we've been working on that for awhile. Apparently not hard enough. I will show her the comparison photos

Appreciate the input.
I know you said it's her game swing but I would really want to see a live swing before making changes...maybe it's just me but I'm never completely sold on tee swings.

As far as the hunch over the plate, you tilt at hip joint, tilt the pelvis, you don't bend the back (you might arch the lower back a little).

To further that thought - if you try and coil around your rear leg (rear leg resists that action) your body will tilt at the hip joints

I think this hitter could learn a great deal by working on coiling around the rear leg. Getting more awareness of the back hip could help a great deal like you suggest.

Inside pitch Tee work.
We have been working on keeping her hands inside the ball. She struggles hitting the inside pitch. She can't seem to keep the ball off her hands.
Please take a look at the short video and let me know if we are headed in the right direction.

Thanks in advance for your help.

So this is an inside out swing? Which is an adjustment made to hit the ball up the middle or opposite field. Is this how you think an inside pitch should be hit?

Picked this from another thread, FFS posted the gif, looks like a ideal handset to get the barrel through on something inside
