Lost respect for him as a 'communicator' and a person. I do agree with most of what he teaches though. JMHO.

The whole thing just looks weird because the lower body is not engaged IMO and I don't think the last two sequences tilt and then rotate happen independent of each other but I'm am just a layman throwing in his two cents this is way more technical than just the basics I'm used to.
Gotcha. Thought you were heading that way but wanted to confirm. It's brutal watching him Tweet.
I still like what he teaches/instructs. I'm also going to add 'in bits and pieces' with other teachings/instruction. His favorite 'bits & pieces' & 'swing by committee'. I do like reading his blog and must say that helped fill in the missing pieces.
