We are about to get ready to work on mechanics again. Trying to figure out what to add in , and more importantly what the Takeaway . She is a slapper going into second yr 12u. They had her hitting away a lot more at the end of spring https://youtu.be/nU1SSf8OP5E

Is she a naturally lefty? Biggest thing for me is working on coil right now her hips slide through the zone. She is doing the right thing with her hands keeping back and waiting until toe touch/heel plant to launch her hands but her hips never coil they simply go back and forth which is probably why she does not generate much power, we want her to be able to punch the ball into the gaps when hitting away.

As an aside PLEASE put the tee lower we don't want her to be swinging at balls we want her swinging at strikes that ball is way to high in the zone.

She is right handed. I have struggled to teach coil. I don't understand it very well myself. Any suggestions? Thanks

Upper half, sequence, weight shift, and coil isn't too bad. From my perspective, I'd prefer that front side to open more, and pull through with the core. You'll notice the guy in the gif above where his front side starts turning over his front foot and heel. Your DD is blocking her front side core/hip turn instead of powering through allowing the coil to uncoil and power the swing freely.

Totally serious here, as I'm trying to figure it out. But how does one squeeze the zipper?

You're not literally squeezing your zipper. It's about what is happening between the zipper and the front pocket. The zipper gets pulled ("squeezed") towards the upper thigh by the action of pulling into and around the rear hip, as the rear leg stays firm and pressing forward. I didn't make up the cue, but it makes sense to me and how I feel the action in my own body.

Another cue I have found helpful with some young hitters is "turn your rear pocket towards the pitcher". This should be happening during he move out. Watch out that they don't over-do the turn, or lose the tension in the upper thigh. The turn should be just enough so the pitcher can see the rear hip pocket. This would be the right butt cheek for a RH batter. Tip: Parents don't generally like when male coaches talk about their DD's "butt cheek". "Hip pocket" is way more acceptable. ;)
