What is the function of the back arm and lead arm in this swing? , IYO.
One thing I've been thinking about lately is the oar lock effect. I heard TM mention it and Mankin was the first to mention it.

The main function of the back arm is to turn the bat perpendicular around your rear forearm. You do this and you have to laterally tilt in the rear hip.
