Not sure about gifs, but I use coaches eye on Android and Hudl technique on iPhone/iPad. It lets you compare videos side by side and works very well.

I use Hudi technique for android, works well. You can take the gif, convert it to video, upload to the Technique app, use it side by side with your videos.

I use Ezgif maker, on my phone, android. May be better ones out there. Seems to work well
