Im not sure what you mean by "into" their legs, I'm assuming you are referring to their front leg as well. In your opinion is Bonds "into" his legs here before whip? I'm especially referring to his front leg. If interpreting your words wrong please lmk.....

That front foot blows open pretty quick, almost like it is hardly weighted when the barrel begins to whip.

Really?
The beauty of a high level swing......... adjustability........Still coiled and rear legged on this change up......Did more weight get to his front side on this change up? Absolutely, yet he is still "back" around his rear hip....

Yes, there is falling into the legs without compromising the rear leg/hip relationship that should happen naturally without contorting the rear leg/hip to do so..

Not 100% sure what you are asking. I think Bonds' HPP is tighter......

I'm trying to get a better idea of what people see as turning the barrel early. What they see as turning the barrel. The two hitters posted show very little actual turning of the barrel so I'm trying to get a better idea and opinions on this subject.

Early? Think of line/axis between the rear hip and rear shoulder ... initially turning/working the barrel around that axis ... versus an axis further out front.

Nice post. Inside low in particular is almost impossible to hit for the barrel pushers I have (18U--ingrained patterns). You get dugout-behind-them grounders. I've been trying to explain/show why and they sort of get it but you can't really bandaid it (besides--lay off it lol) you have to commit to doing some new/different.
