This here is very telling. A slow-motion swing is something that can be controlled fairly well ... and hence it tells the instructor what the hitter's mental image is of their swing. This here is not good.

Just an opinion mind you ..... you likely know where this swing breaks down better than most ... and you clearly put in the extra effort by making GIFs ..... so you are to be commended ..... but it would seem helpful to make the GIF in enough detail to capture issues upstream, as opposed to having folks focus on downstream mechanics that are a 'result' and not the 'cause'.
Again ... that's just an opinion. I respect your input and analysis.

The swing is lost at this point ....
So your diagnosis would be what? Poor (too much forward movement) /early (before or concurrent to hip uncoil) shoulder/upper body movement resulting in too much weight on front side?
I see lots of head movement!

The head movement is a result of this hitter trying to hit with her upper body. This gets her to her front leg - basically a lunge. A good swing does the opposite - you pull back with everything above the rear hip and your rear leg turns you forward.
