For starters...all back all forward. Sways back and needs to learn to use the hands. Again JMHO as an average internet dad.

I'm almost never critique pre front foot plant motion if you've every read anything I post but I think it is causing an off center (not necessarily off balance) approach.

First this is causing her to try and compensate too much.

pre foot.JPG

Basically she knows she cant just follow her long front stride or she would be all back and forth so she stays way back as the foot come way forward but then once the foot lands she has the back half, hips and hands all coiled and ready (although its a little artificial because the all back motion) but there is nothing on the front side at all so even though her front foot plants her balance is all back so there is nothing to unload against so it is just a delayed all back and forth motion.

she does seem to not be timing the ball well even though she is making contact but I think some of these mechanical issues are causing this. I might try some more analysis later...gotta run

The first still posted above, note the head position back over the back knee a little to much. The posture is tilted back, spine, a little to much. She doesn't have an attack posture with the head more over the front hip area and the spine/torso tilted "forward" at the launch position. The tilt should happen as the front foot plants, not before as is the case in the above pic.

Thanks everyone. The all back all forward has driven me crazy forever. Try keeping the pressure on the instep to prevent. Also agree to steep.
