I will add to this clip as it gives a great view of the scap. As noted in the other thread, so called scap loading doesn't start until the lower body has started. It's the load or inertia of the arms/bat as they are following the the lower body. As is the lag created from the inertia of the implement.

In a poor swing often the swing is unloaded way to soon and poor lag is created, no scap loading. Some would say the swing is disconnected from the body and that is correct. In a good swing even though there is good lag the arms/bat are connected to the body.

So we have a good example in Sosa of scap loading, I will post the swing where I said there was no scap loading. That will be the example of poor lag and Sosa is the example of great lag.

Yep, you were right 'there is no scap loading' in this swing or any other swing.

Please read this again or read for the first time.
The muscles that coil the hip and pull the back AND SCAP 'around'....around the back of the torso.....PULL BACK AND AROUND....against the leg....as the leg attempts to internally rotate. The pulling back action of the scap.........IS NOT A SCAP LOAD...... The action of the scap, as well as the action of the hip and lower back....is to PULL BACK so as to LOAD THE LEG.....not the scap. THAT is what all high level hitters do. Some, in shorthand fashion MAY have called it a scap load.. The action of the scap is to load the leg

I read it and it needs to be explained better. The arching of the lower back sets everything up to follow.

In Isle's lingo ... "the hitter will work on turning their core (hips) as the bat is getting flat and foot getting down causing some separation from their front hip and back shoulder."

I have no ideal what your talking about because you seem to be back an forth.
Let's start here. You started this thread with:

Explain SCAP LOAD.
Here is what I said about SCAP LOAD

Read my post. Your the one who is all over the place. Always remember , It is hard to fill a cup that is already full. You talk as if you have all the answers so you need to explain yourself better.

In you OWN words please enlighten me where I was wrong. We can then move forward.

Here is a scap that starts "pinched" in the setup. What do you think about the term scap circling?

Who cares whose words they are....
It is hard to fill a cup that is already full.
My 'cup' isn't filled. I'm constantly trying to 'fill' it with knowledge.
I think you're the one who thinks your cup is OVER FILLING.
Ignore me.

Oh sorry one more thing...
This is OVER LAP or Scap Circle(like Spartan posted):
