Thanks. Always nice to see a different way of explaining something because you don't know what might click with a hitter (or parent trying to teach it). Seems that not enough focus is given to the front arm/bottom hand. Not saying that's the most important thing, but it's critical that it operate properly, and it doesn't on many hitters that I see. Really like the ball toss drill. Will give that one a try.

The thing that gets lost on some is that to launch any other way would require 2 moves. The launch acts as the plane setting. So, if a hitter is going to flatten you are going to have 2 moves.
