Daughter is starting to pull front shoulder out at contact and not getting full power to the ball. Having her step towards plate slightly to keep her in, any drills to help this or adjustment she can make? The result is not letting her keep her head down on the ball.

Any video you can share? Hitting mechanics discussions/recommendations tend to be WAY more effective if we can see the whole swing.

Sounds like she's is using too much of her upper body and not lower body. Without video it's hard to tell. Focus on the lower body, is she pulling her head?? The should will follow.

Where do you expect the front shoulder to be 'at contact'?

Work on shoulder angles. Her shoulders might be level when she's swinging. Tons of "coaches" preach "level" everything and that too can mess with her swing. Look at the best at contact and compare. Easiest is just posting a video off a tee on a high and low pitch.

Agree with this 1000%.

I don't know how old your daughter is, but girls that have no stride/load/trigger have worse timing issues that girls with a stride/leg kick at lower ages.
