It should be that easy with...flat, soft-toss! ;)

One thing I like about the swing I posted is the extension and finish away from the body. He is not letting go of the bat, but his follow through is away from the body. Extend and then extend again.

Curious to see a swing with a follow through toward the body.

Excellent comparison that shows how a very good hitter uses his hands differently based on the location of the pitch.

FYI> I realize the hands are a distal component of the process and are impacted by other parts, but talking about "the hands" just seems natural to hitting discussion. IMO.
