I would just let her keep hitting. Her swing is way beyond most at her age. Are you seeing a lot of grounders from her? If so, she is probably making contact out front too much. Move the tee back to about her front heel (where it is at foot plant) and have her hit the ball up in the air. Nice swing...

Second tee placement; too far out in front and probably too high that's gonna be called a ball over half the time.

Not a bad swing I would have her work on being more aggressive while at foot plant she looks technically OK you can tell it just looks very flat footed versus aggressive and ready.

and it does look like she starts swinging with her hands first and then her hips catch up...but as others have said not bad...seen plenty worse

as always would be nice to see with live or machine pitch so its more natural

She looks like a pretty tall girl, yet she's taking a pretty small stride. I think if you widen it some, you will increase her "drive"

I would like to see an increase in her upper/lower separation. Right now her rear side is turning to the ball all together (hands first by a little bit, actually). We want to see the hands loading later in the sequence, as the rear hip is already starting to turn forward, creating stretch/tension between the hip and the scap. We want the hands being pulled to launch/whip the barrel. Right now, she is pushing her hands ahead of her rear hip.

Just me two cents... I am not convinced she is pushing. It may look like it later in the swing because the tee is placed too far forward. Getting to much stretch, IMO, between hip and hands/barrel will cause her to have to fight to get the barrel around. IOW's, turning the barrel with the front foot planted is too late. Getting the barrel turning earlier (like she is doing) will help against stronger pitching. IMO, I think stretch has gotten a little over-used lately... Again, just my two cents

I think she has late separation. The separation should be earlier in the swing, back knee should be pressing forward earlier.

Not a bad swing overall. Small adjustments only. Pretty good for a converted lefty.

She isn't colinear at contact (for those that know what that means). The tee might be a little to far out front.

Knob to the ball swing. Needs to work on keeping bat vertical during 'load' then GOOOO. DD flattens bat on shoulder pushing knob towards ball.

Locating the tee that far out front, especially for what looks like a high outside pitch location, will distort the barrel path and cause swing bad habits. Contact point for outside pitch should be about just in front of her belly button. With the swing path in the video it is very unlikely she could even make contact with a deep pitch location. She looks pretty athletic so I'm thinking if you use more realistic tee locations then a lot of her swing issues she may resolve herself naturally. I agree that this swing is a push but that is the only way she could hit that tee location.

BTW I'm a big fan of the multi skill bunt, slap & hit players. Stay with it.

I will adjust the tee next practice. Do you have any drills. What is the best thread the sequence of the swing? She feels she turns the barrel , obviously feel is not real. Thanks very much
