Lots of great stuff going on. The only thing I noticed is the hands going back and around a little bit as opposed to staying over the back foot and I do mean a VERY little bit. The only reason I noticed that is simply because my DD happens to fight that habit about once a year.
I do see a lot of MLB players that set up preloaded. I say a lot but I should say a lot more than I expected to see. We see all the gifs here that don't show much preload.
Not saying it's right or wrong, just saying it happens in the bigs too.
Not sure what you meant by deep? Looks like a great swing. I do have a question in return...for the first time, have a player that likes a fairly high kick very similar to this. What mental clues help to keep the stride on time? My thinking is it will take a lot of reps and that the stride has to be slow up, controlled and that you adjust by how quickly you put the foot back down?? (otherwise, the swing process is long and easy to get fooled by speed changes)
