Beautiful swing! Hands are wrapped and low but that's early on, she moves them into a good position when the pitcher starts to get down to business.

This is great, I was going to start a thread on opening the lead foot and does it really create a stretch.

So who here agrees with the open front foot? What are your thoughts on the lowerbody/hips in this swing?

I think it's really interesting people who don't study hitting don't realize how "late" the bat should start and why it seems "deep" this is actually a really good still here you can see her leg and hip has engaged her elbow is slotted so she has started swinging but the bat is still vertical...this is great usually you will see alot of girls have dropped the bat by this point. Tip on separation coming next post

Using the gif from rdbass watch how your DD hands go back and then how once her leg goes forward her hands come forward and never stop.

I would like too see her try one of two things either try to keep hers hands back (hold/walk away from hands) or if she lets them naturally come forward just before her foot actually comes down reach back a little it might look like a hitch in her swing but it's fine she just need to engage the scap and not leak power because she can't reach back after foot plant there is no way to get the power back.
