I'm working with DD1 and DD2 on "the move" and sequence. A while ago I came across a clip I believe FFS posted showing proper knee cock by a student during a hitting lesson. The instructor actually laid down on the ground and moved the batter's calf towards the pitcher. The brief clip emphasized engaging the hip vs the back foot during uncoiling. Unfortunately, I cannot seem to find the clip. If anyone recalls where it is, please post it. Thank you for the help.

This is a helpful clip. Can you please slow down the frame at 47 seconds where right after we hear a, "YES!" from Builder? Should we be shooting for front side resistance that is always stiff or does it depend on pitch location? Where Nadia puts everything together at 47 seconds, she finishes with a stiff front leg (then her ankle supinates). However, in the clip below where she goes deep, her front leg dips. Obviously she still belted it. I am just wondering if we are trying to consistently teach front side resistance or not. My understanding is that I should be instructing DDs to have their front sides land softly, but yet be firm and not buckle.

I put little focus on the front side, Builder doesn't either. IMO with a rear hip pivot point created by the rear leg turning and the back/core/hands/turning barrel resisting against that, the front leg does what it needs to do without focusing on it.
