In my opinion, stride length is part of personal style. Some hitters would struggle with that much stride. Others may not have an issue with it. Allow your hitters to find their own style, and don't coach their athleticism out of them.
She hits off the backside. At least in that swing.
I like the closed front foot. She doesn't get great hip action in this swing, although does have good shoulder rotation.

WOW! Just like a couple of my girls! Elbow leading the hands.... Except they never hit a home run... Also rarely get a hit. This reminds me of a slowpitch swing. Not saying she should change with those stats but it does.
