I've been learning from the site for a while, I feel like I know what to address but wanted to get an idea of what things to work on. Thanks in advance - Ernie

So Cal
Here's the mechanical issues that first jump out at me...
- All-back/all-forward
- Bat drag
- Arm-powered swing
- Soft front side

Start with learning about the proper sequence of a good swing.

Enjoy the ride :)

Thanks for the valuable input. I've been trying to tackle the bat drag for a while, that's been really really hard so far, and its not going away easy. Isn't bat drag and arm swing roughly the same? Regarding the dip, that needs to go away STAT...

Without tearing everything apart all at once, think its a good idea to start with removing the dip, then move to bat drag (arm problems)?? I think if bat drag is cured, wrists will work themselves in naturally...

To EricF, what's soft front side??

Start with getting her sequence (order of movements) correct.

Soft front side - The front knee remains flexed and "soft" through the swing.

What we want to see is the front leg becoming firm - and usually straightening - going into contact.

Notice Cabrera's rear elbow how it works up and back as he is striding/pushing forward with his lower half. Now look at your daughters elbow and timing/sequence.

Have her watch this video with you and repeat the motion until it is ingrained. This will help with the sequence, and may help with some of the other things that were suggested by others as well. I also agree that the tee should be moved back a little as well.

I think moving the tee back might eliminate some of the arm bar you're seeing. It looks like she's really reaching for it. Other arm bar examples I've seen, the back arm is much more bent.

I realize this is one swing, and you've seen all the rest of hers, but she may be fully extended at contact with both arms.

I seriously just watched that GIF repeat for a solid 5 minutes.
