led a top 5 D1 team in hitting as a rookie. Pac 12 rookie of the year.

Best warm up routine in softball and my little one's favorite player. keep swinging Jenna...yer doin' just fine girl.

There's no denying that she's one of the best in the game right now. She's definitely one of my favorites, too.

I do not feel worthy, but I will give it a shot. Maybe Noontime can help.

I look at this as a two stage swing. The second gif is where all of the important stuff happens.

I didn't comment because in the past most don't like critic of a college player.

FP26 - Any thoughts about her more recent swing (red jersey)?

I chose not to comment because I believe in rdbass's statement above. She didn't post, so it isn't my place to comment. That said, she is a top level D1 player and has only just begun her college career. If I were to pick one of the two swings to have my DD emulate, it would be the red shirt version. There are a lot of good things going on in that particular swing. Let's leave it at that. JMHO.

Looks like the same swing to me. The difference I see is she is totally focused and amped up in the game footage.

Looks very similar to Harper.

All forward?

I tend to agree with that question since the hands are still moving back and up (which is why I am still grasping the all back/all forward and rotational swing and a million other concepts). Is this a swing you'd encourage a young hitter to emulate in any way?

This swing is not "all forward".

I see significant differences in her movement pattern between the two swings posted here.

IMO she made some significant changes. To answer your question ... IMO Jenna felt the need to make some changes ... which implies that she personally didn't have the swing that she wanted going forward.
