Thought I would post a zepp screenshot of dd swing compared to finch's. Would love to hear how you see this technical piece of info.

This information tells us that Jennie’s barrel speed at impact is 73mph versus 58mph for DD, and that the two hitters have a significant difference in both hand path and barrel path.

I'm very much a gadget guy. But I am really struggling using it and trusting the data. With that said, I will, I'm sure, find more use in the off season. What I do like about it is using it for its ability to capture video segments automatically.

I put mine on the shelf for the last six months. I might try messing with it again this winter. The bat path that it depicts doesn't look anything like what DD's swing looks like. Not sure if it was calibrated wrong but I never could get it to match the swing you see on video.

Same here. I was planning on looking at it again over the winter months.

me too. sometimes the bat path matched reality and other times it wasn't even close. I figured I'd take it out again and fiddle with it when we are indoors this winter

I like the fact that you can turn it on, without phone and let it go. so the twins just pass the bat around during hitting evolutions and upload the data. I like it for machine pitch or live pitch hitting, connected to phone you can select good hit/type of hit...or bad and discard. When I originally posted this, I really didn't know how to read what it was telling me for path/swing plan...

What I find useful is how it shows that if you swing out of your shoes the bat speed and other metrics are poor. But if you stay loose and relaxed... No different than pitching.
