swing needs help.

Hey guys trying to help a young lady out with her swing makes great contact soft toss or in the cage but seems to struggle with live pitching she plays 12u. Video below is her swing

Fiveframe your viedo and suggestions really helped my daughter understand what she was doing wrong so any suggestions here would be appreciated

Personally, I think she drops her hands too much through her swing.
I believe the hand should stay higher so that the barrel of the bat is more in-line with the front forearm at contact. I see a disconnection between her bat and her forearm at contact. That is, they are not in-line with each other.

Swings around her body. Bat is in the 'zone' short period of time. Touch of 'bat drag'. Would need a side view.

Honestly, there is more on the list. Will have to get back to you. Off to watch a high school baseball game. Sure others will add to the list.
