I looked at the tables in the background and your dd's head is at one level, drops as she is going to a coil and as she is swing goes up higher then the orginal level in her stance, a lot of head or eye movement.

Exactly, her HS coach says that if she tall at contact, she should be tall before that. But yes, keeping those eyes at the same level is a huge thing that many girls have never been taught! Me personally, I like her a in a little lower, stronger position. Both are just as effective (depending on who you ask) so she just needs to keep it consistent.

I love this drill, but I wish your DD had been wearing a WHITE sweater with black batting gloves.

When spring break comes, and she is back from college, if she has time for me, we will make all the videos over to her current age.
She was a sophmore in highschool on her first RHS video.
She is now a junior in college.

Your DD has an awesome swing!! What is the reverse hand drill used for?

She is turning the barrel, that alone unlocks the rest to swing in a high level pattern.

Sl, how about videoing her live swing to show 'em how the matrix and other drills transition...

Not here.

Is this a better view on the left?

Some girls short arm their swing.
Some over power their swing with the dominate back hand arm, and dont use the front arm/hand very much.
Some girls push the bat through the swing, it helps not to push it.

There are quite a few different reasons to help a hitter by doing this drill, and to fix certain things.

Twin 2 could try it.
Get the hips moving forward while her hands are going back (some call it a load). See what the swing looks like

Is that the 'foot goes forward, hands go back' concept? I think the twins understand 'load' as the weight shift. Is thr 'stretch-n-flex' the same as you're talking about?
