MTS,
Would you start with this drill first?
The Duke of Dump strikes again.
Watch the barrel lead the back shoulder.
Total hand and arm swing, combined with a nice little dump of the barrel.

This ....
Creates/generates this..
Like I've said before I've learned from every camp/site out there and I've always acknowleded it. TM and Tewks have hit the ball out of the park when it comes to the SnF. IMO the way Howard Carrier and his camp teach dynamic loading is also an absolute. The worse thing people can do is block themselves from information because they are afraid to learn or be ridiculed. I still firmly believe that no one has all the answers but I also believe if you pick and choose wisely that you will find your answer.

I'm just a dad like most with a DD who is just trying to help her get alittle better. To the readers, what do you have to lose? Just get up, today, tonight, or tommorrow and give it a try. The gifs of the SNF have been posted. Give it a try and see what you feel. If its not something you like, or see any value in it, no harm done to your DD.
I don't see it that way. When I think shoulder dump, I think the back shoulder has "slackened" and if they were standing upright, one shoulder would be lower than the other. What I see here is the torso tilting and the shoulders maintaining equal tension (don't know how else to explain it). If you were to stand him upright, the shoulders would be level.
I also see the shoulder leading the barrel (creating whip), not the barrel leading the shoulder.
The hands and arms aren't swinging the bat, the tension created by the torso stretch/resistance is powering the swing.
That is truly how my eyes see this, and I'm not in any one camp.

Do you have any SNF clips?
