Every moving part of the swing is an action. Take a snap shot of a certain action and that is the "position" that certain action is in. That is what I mean by position.
Yeah. She's getting a good stretch keeping her hands almost static while her hip turn starts. Now stare at her front shoulder/elbow......
What would happen if we ramped it up to a 10-frame swing? Would there be a momentary freeze at bat lag?

So you understand, you do not attempt to hold the 'bat lag position'. The 'bat lag position' is simply a position that is passed through, and not something that should be held or maintained.

Why would we care about a 10-frame swing? A 10-frame swing (at 30fps) would be highly inefficient.

We've played teams loaded top to bottom with elite D1 commits. Would I want to face a team full of CBs, NO. Would I want face a team of her hitters absolutely. Huge difference, there has only been one CB and I seriously doubt we ever see another one in my lifetime, she's that damn good.
