PC, you're a good sport.
Team ain't doing nothing but hitting practice.... got a dome tourney in March... She has grown 1.5 inches since I said that about 14U.
Yes that was at a traditional hitting facility...our team is so conservative. I tell her this is how the old school guys do it. We use the kitchen for just grounders with a bumble ball, since we put a dent in frig. :{(( It's more the lab for our water distiller, where we make our ionized sports drink, and eye drops.
I know I got it coming... Every time something gets canceled... DD I get into something. When she was little she would be crying. So I would wait for everyone to leave the park after our games were called for rain, and we would move all the tables in shelter house, and practice. She wanted to go do her pitching work out at the Y tonight, so the only thing I could do is post video and start thread.
Here is the first lost camera, after a game got canceled...to chilly for the shelter house, so we went to Y. I do alot of stuff in the house, because they frown on us working on our Softball stuff at the Y... :{))

Push down mechanics.....is she being taught that? If so, time to find another instructor...

If you went in the house and threw from the living room down the hall into the kitchen,
she wouldn't have to wear that heavy sweatshirt... (prolly get 2 or 3 more mph)...

Speed ain't the problem.... just gotta get the rust off. Too much hitting practice. I think she's got the look of a long and lean pitching machine... :{))

I just had her throw a few, to get the clip...not wanting that to get embedded in the myelin ...it was really alittle to cold to be serious.

As soon as she pulls the ball out of her glove on the backswing, she straightens that arm right out. Maybe try to keep her hand in her glove until she is headed forward and MUST separate.
