I definitely see where her hips and hands are moving together, Is there a drill that is good for separating the hips and hands? Thanks for all of the great tips.

Honestly, see my above cue....

To have the front hip lead the front knee she will have to coil her her hips as her front knee cocks back only way to remain balanced is to coil her hips...this should help her figure out how to lead with the hips....the hands will want to organize behind the hips....so to speak....

A drill I've used for this is:
1. Have her coil (load) and forward by coil (toe touch) onto the inside of her front toe - I think MTS's cue of "Have her feel like her hips are leading her front knee" is a good way of wording it.
2. At toe touch, say, "Hips" and while holding the hands in the scap-loaded (hands on the shelf) position, have her naturally begin to uncoil/rotate the back hip to a position where the belly button would be pointing to 1B and freeze.
3. Say, "Hands" and have her start her hips again from that point (don't recoil!) and then take her hands from the frozen scap-loaded (hands on the shelf) position and throw the barrel at the inside of the ball.
4. Do a series of these (5-10 initially), and each time ask her, "Do you feel it unwinding from the bottom up?"

In the teaching phase of this, it's okay to be mechanical like this (meaning you're having her do two separate moves with a pause in between). However, swings are to be fluid, so once she gets the mechanical feel for it, as she's getting to toe touch give the cues "Hips" and "Hands" so she can do it as part of a fluid swing. She's older, so this may come more quickly, but reinforce she'll be even MORE dangerous if she can get this sequence.

Last thing: I would reminder her at the end and beginning of each session, "Remember to unwind from the bottom up - hips then hands." She can't hear it enough until it becomes a habit. Good luck!

Remember to exagerate the stretch/seperation of the hands.

That is why when I post this walk up drill I always write this:Remember to exagerate the stretch/seperation of the hands.
I luv this drill alot. Its all right there and hitters seem to luv it also.
