    Normally I would say the hands are to far behind the back foot. She seems to make it work, but most elite hitters have the hands directly above the back foot.

    You posted while I was writing mine, we see the same thing at launch with the hands.

    She is primarily pushing her hands back instead of using her upper back to load. If she uses her upper back more the hands would be in a better position imo..e.g.
    the two things I wrote are related.
