With some help from a fellow here, gotta go back and dig up his handle, and some work local here is my dd swing. Still work in progress. Pitching work is putting hitting on the back burner some.

Shifting and slotting = bat drag or slotting and shifting. There is no coil and then starting the swing with releasing or maintaining the coil, depending on how you look at the swing. Swing 2 is better, more of what you want.
