The posture work was decent. The rest of the video should be cut off IMO.

Ehh he's into sharing recipes and stuff now. I personally learned quite a bit from the guy. I remember him having a page dedicated to 'swing faults'? Could've been called something else but that was very beneficial to me at the time. I learned more from watching 'what to look for'. Just a piece of the pie I guess.

Lol! Show them the proper mechanics, get them to a batting cage, have them hit some easy balls for a while. It helps a lot !
