If you pause at heel plant you'll see that the rear leg starts to drive sooner on the stride swing and the rear scap stays tighter on the no stride swing.
The stride step got to contact a frame quicker and resulted in a higher trajectory than the no stride.

The no stride was a mishit.. she quite often hits the ball on that trajectory with the no stride.. however she does sometimes hit the top half of the ball on both no stride and stride.. and here is the problem IMO. Also I don't like this because I believe it's a power leak and causes issues squaring the ball up (topping the ball).

Notice how she stands taller at contact... I want her to stay low and drive through, but I am having a tough time correcting this, we tried drills, we tried everything, but she reverts back to standing taller at contact. I think the back foot skips too far forward.. IDK

I think she might be trying a little to hard. The swing could be smoother.

Even on 70% effort her back foot skips forward.. I mean I love the fact that she's releasing her back hip and her back knee is driving towards the front foot/ankle.. but it's overcooked and I don't know how to reduce that range of motion
