Bat is OK but can she swing it? 32/22 seems a little big average 11U.
Quincy, I questioned this, too. She is swinging a 31/19.5 and says it feels fine. I wondered how much difference there would be. Cost is $120.
My DD who is 11 swings the ASA Ghost most of the time and her USSSA, NSA bat is the 2015 Xeno I picked up for $50. They are both 30/20 bats which was a step up from her 30/18 Vendetta she had last year. She will still go back to the 30/18 in a game if the pitcher is really fast which we have seen a few pitchers throwing low to mid 50's in 10u. For some reason she just can't get around on those pitchers with the bigger bats.
Probably better off going to core and see what if anything he has laying around.

There's a gif somewhere around here of the grandfather using the radar gun to record these speeds. I'm sure someone will post it soon enough so it can be verified.
The same team in St. Louis has 2 pitchers that are throwing 53-54 MPH. Both girls are really big for their age.

My DD is 11 (almost 12) and slightly below average in size(4'8" ~75 lbs). She got the Stealth Flex 2017 30/19 and is killing it. We got it for a similar price.
