Do you put the plate in a set spot or do you move it back sometimes to get more 'ball flight' data. Do your hitters ever miss the hitting target? 
I like to hit in open cages. Obviously sometimes you need to use a Bownet. Yours is a nice middle ground. Would be even better if it was portable lol

The 2 ropes going horizontal is the power band, ball flight area. That is of course from the distance from the white home plate. It comes down to a rising line drive over the infielders head. single, double, triple, yard. depending on how hard it is hit. The trough catches 95% of the balls
