Different "Dude" I don't see "level to the ground". I can go all day with swings where I don't see what you mean.

I understand the no teach but if done correctly do you think the rear elbow and front hip are connected? When the front hip moves back does the rear elbow move down?

Wow, everybody's DD is rocking it in this thread. Only time I ever hit .500 was when I would play games of self-toss by myself ;)

I would "guess" the elbow is connected to your hands and back hip. That's what I feel anyway. Thanks for going back to your OP lol sorry btw. Didn't try taking your post a different direction.

LOL. In another post I talked about rib cage and what I'm seeing from a few hitters that i'm working. They have a pretty good coil and snap but not turning the rib cage fully, therefore front hip not working back fully, therefore rear elbow being about an inch short and produces a little push in the swing. Now maybe I'm missing something.
