The wall is generally used for ferris wheel vs merry-go-round... helps with it anyway. Measure your DD from the ground to about her upper thigh or so and that'll be your height. You can always adjust the tubing that goes across. I've made mine 3ft long. I'd have to take a pic later. I made it out of 1"pvc.
The swivel stick I've been using for years. Even when I played in the 90s when folks were calling it "hand torque" and how bad it was for you
. We've always made it 18" long. Use 3/4" pvc cut one piece 10" and the other 8. Buy 2 end caps and a coupler. You'll need a washer for the 8"part if you decide to go with a nut and bolt for the snap sound. Be creative. Add athletic tape to make it look official and you'll have yourself a conversation piece!
