Indian not the arrow. DD uses one and only one bat at a time. Has 2 bats in bag in case of breakage. When DD was younger (10) she did have 2 bats of different weights. Dependent on the speed of the pitcher. DD would decide on heavy or lighter.
Up her in the Northeast have most have 2 bats... due to extreme weather could be 40 one day and 70 plus the next in April and May when they start playing
1 aluminum 1 piece for cold weather
1 Composite once it warms up.
My DD, 14 now, had a balanced CF8 -10 and she was hitting everything and everyone. At this time last year I got her the CF8 end loaded Insane. She had wanted it when she was 11 because of the bright blue color and since it was reduced in price because the 9s were out I bought one for her and told her to break it out against slower pitchers. Well, she wouldn't touch it. It was only after one of her team mates from her travel club went home with her balanced bat (don't ask me) that she was left with only the end loaded bat to use in Little League against a very fast pitcher who also played for an in town rival select team - she hit a line drive into left center for a sweet double and has used that bat ever since because she thinks it has "a lot of pop". So, moral of the story: it's the singer not the song that makes the music move along. (Sorry, I've lived in Seattle to long to use the Indian/arrow thing).
