knob to ball

This is what I picture(knob to the ball):

For her the cue works in her head to be technical the knob does move from the launch position towards the ball but it's just not a good cue since it could lead you to do things that are not mechanically sound.
but if you look at how she is demonstrating it NOBODY can actually swing that bat that way...it's more of just an incorrect mental model then anything you could actually reproduce full speed
Are the hands ACTIVELY moving through space.... are they GETTING moved through space..... or is it BOTH?
She probably like the drill where the player hits a front tossed ball with the knob too.... Why on Earth would we purposely train like that?

Just to be clear... I teach my girls to hit with the barrel!! LOL
after further conversation, she doesn't like a positive attack angle. she wants the hitters to strike down on the ball, apparently putting backspin on the ball and hitting line drives. she said to me, I heard that you want girls hitting home runs. I'm thinking I will just focus on the first three Zepp metrics and some suggestions on the side. I think I will also send her the YouTube Doug posted and have another conversation with her. Thank you all for the comments. 
Not sure if this will work, but maybe ask her which hitters she would like her hitters to emulate.
She's either gonna pick bad hitters or she'll pick hitters who don't actually hit the way she thinks they hit. You might be able to find clips of them hitting the way you're teaching.

I always taught my DD that a hard hit line drive right over the infielders' heads is ideal. A homerun is a mistake you got lucky on. If she drilled the ball and it just happened to go right to a fielder and got caught, she still did what she was supposed to do.
Hitting home runs is NEVER the goal... All I want are solid line drives. If she gets a little under it, and it leaves the park... It's a happy accident.
