Just to start off, she finally learned to stop dropping her hands over a year ago, when she started working with her first pitching coach. Her swing had been looking very strong after working with a new hitting coach over this past summer. The hitting coach, a college player, went back to school, and now my daughter has picked up the habit of dropping her hands vertically after loading. She doesn't drop her hands when doing T-work or side toss, she only does it off of live pitching. She had her teammate throw batting practice to her yesterday, and after two buckets her drop wasn't as severe, but it was still there. Any tips on how to get her to stop dropping her hands again?

Got video?

Sounds like a DBSF* issue. Based on your description, it sounds like she is dropping her hands to the level of the ball as she is reading the pitch, with the intent of creating a swing plane parallel with the ground (or possibly upward). Your description of it happening "after loading" leads me to think that she may also have a all-back/all-forward movement pattern.

I'm just guessing. If these thing sound like they fit what she is doing, look into some of the older DBSF threads. The issue gas been discussed a LOT.

I will try to get some video the next time she hits off of live pitching.

I will check out DBSF. What is all-back/all-forward? Has that been discussed a lot in the past?

It has been discussed quite a bit. If the swing is gathering everything back, followed by bringing everything forward (hands, hips, rear shoulder, weight shift), it's AB/AF. That's not what happens in a good swing.

Pay attention to the timing and direction of movement of the hands compared with the front foot.

My DD used to drop hers a tad too much as well. Lots and lots of front toss with shoulder high pitches helped her improve. Coach your dd to keep the hands high and level on those pitches.

If the hitter has a flawed understanding on a correct swing plane, the issue may not get resolved. That said, good to hear you were able to help your DD.

She had solved that problem summer of 2016. She had worked with a pitching coach for all of this past summer and the problem wasn't there. One coach told me that she might have picked it up when her new coaches, when she moved up to 14u, tried to correct one problem ended up creating the dropped hands problem. She knows full well what is correct, she just does not know how to stop herself from doing it now.
