I think she looks great, so I'm going to pick (and hopefully help). Her pre-load hand waggle is out of sync. It's a back and forth over her shoulder that must be stopped and redirected up and back on her load. I'd fix that now before it becomes ingrained. Instead, a slow "backward C" that can flow right into her load. Even better if the hands are moved by her body ("pre-pullback" so to speak) rather than moving on their own disconnected from her body load.

Looking good. Not sure how often you go back at look at her 10 YO thread, but her improvement is outstanding. Good job.
I haven't looked at her old swings in a while. I should probably do that from time to time. Thanks for the kind words
This kid has put in a lot of work over the course of her 4 years in the game, and there are always things she is working on (some with more success than others - lol). One of the major areas we are currently working on is her upper-lower separation. It could be better. So far, she hasn't been able to make an adjustment in that area that feels "right" to her. The work continues...
I really like this swing a lot. Love how the lead shoulder/elbow work up on the high inside pitch. A lot of great things going on in her swing. Does she hit for power?
Thanks. She doesn't have consistent over-the-fence power yet, but it's coming soon. Line drives over OF's head, and ground balls that run to the fence are pretty common.
