Forgot to mention she is a lefty slapper. Her main problem is that she pulls almost everything she makes contact but mostly with the tip of the bat. Thanks to all!!

she is probably to aggressive and turning towards first to soon video would be nice but this would be my guess on it.

Biggest mistake most batters make is trying to pull an outside pitch, resulting in a weak grounder back to the pitcher. Do tee work and get her to drive the ball to opposite field.

^^^^^^^^ This.

Tell your daughter to hit the ball to the opposite field. She will make the adjustments that will help her hit outside pitches.

If she's trying to soft slap into the 5/6 hole then I'd recommend a progression, do it a couple of times a week and I think it will help. Something like this;
Equipment; tee, throw down plate, bow net,
1) From batter's box perform foot work (front foot back then crossover) and sprint towards cone on 3B side of pitchers circle (no bat focus on feet) 2x10
2) Hitting off tee into net. Have batter hit standing stationary in a crossed over position hitting towards gap between 3B/SS (5/6 hole). Batter is stationary. Net should be adjusted towards 5/6 hole (not straight in front). Soft slap should be off end of bat, front shoulder and hands should stay high and batter should stop swinging on contact; goal is to get most of balls low in center/mouth of net. 1x20
3) Same thing but now full footwork (moving toward tee) 1x20
4) Now front toss, batter crossed over (just slapping the ball into the next, you'll have to move the net farther back) 1x20
5) Front toss, full footwork 1x20 (try to be closer to simulate pitch timing)
6) Full BP (Machine, etc.)

1x20 = 1 set 20 reps basically a bucket of balls. 4 or 5 buckets of balls for a couple of practices should get her into a groove.

If she is hard slapping the progression is the same except it's a full swing with contact in the sweetspot and a different target (maybe the 3/4 hole or straight up the middle - tosser beware). Hope that helps.

If the hands are pushed through (in a knob to the ball type of swing) or even a "gate" swing, you can feel there is little power that can be generated on an outside pitch. You can see why there are so many rolloevers or soft balls to the opposite side.

Being in sequence and having separation between the hips and shoulders is the only way to drive an outside pitch.
