Ok my DD is 13 about to start 1st year 14u and she has had a good bat with good mechanics until about 2-3 months ago. She is driving everything to the dirt. Slow mo app shows wrist roll over and a flat swing meaning hands are not slightly above the barrel. Front shoulder does pull out a bit. Rotation looks good feet and legs good. Which issue to attack first and any help on how to attack it.

Thanks

Do you have any video of her swing that you can share? It's a lot easier to figure out what's going on by looking at video.

First thing that I notice is she has an all-back, all-forward swing, which is a sequence issue. Would be better if she loaded her hands as she's moving out, or learned to walk away from her hands.

"What do u mean by walk away from her hands?" I typically describe this as load and separate. When you stride to the ball the front foot moves forward toward the pitcher and the hands should move back slightly toward the catcher.

I am no hitting coach, but I think she looks pretty good from start to contact. As mentioned, she could separate her hands a bit more and her front shoulder is flying out a bit, but I don't think those two things are your problem. It looks like her hands are a little higher than the ball/barrel at contact with a good palm up/palm down position. Right after contact I see the barrel moving upward but the hands stay down. I would try to get her hands to continue in an upward momentum so that they are still above the barrel until full extension. Assuming this is an up the middle shot, I would like to see her hands about chest high (maybe a little lower) with the bat pointing toward dead center field at full extension then continue around to shoulder height or higher. In the video, her hands are at her waist. With this hand path, i can imagine a lot of ground balls if her timing isn't perfect. It will look like she is rolling over the ball.

Just my $.02.

Not saying this is her main issue, but just the first that I noticed.

Your DD seems to pull her hands back as she is un-weighting her front side/foot, ie, loading on her back side. This separation between hands/hip is good, but should take place as her weight (hip) is going forward, not back. Hips go one way, hands go another. Thus walking away from.

Got it, thanks for the insight. We have worked hard getting to this point and she was crushing hard hit shots them about a month ago something happened, my opinion is the bat is flat at contact, dropping hands level with the barrel and rolling over. We will attack the points u brought up.

Thanks

My suggestion is to get her sequence (parts moving the right way, in the right order, at the right time) sorted out first. You may find that sequence improvements help sort out a lot of issues. A lot of people have found this video helpful...

Just a quick guess here, but it could very well just be a timing issue. I would be interested in seeing a clip from a game if you have one. If she is getting her head in front of her belly button you will get this. You won't see this on the tee. I also agree with what the ones above posted .
